LE SSERAFIM’s December 6, 2026 “PUREFLOW” concert in Manila has been canceled. Organizer PULP Live World announced on October 26 that Day 2 ticket holders can move to the December 5 show at SM Mall of Asia Arena or request a refund.
The refund deadline is November 3, 2026, at 11 p.m. Philippine time (PHT). The process involves both SM Tickets and PULP’s refund form.
If you want to attend December 5
PULP will assign the best available seats within your original ticket tier. You cannot select your replacement seat. Tickets bought together in the same transaction will remain seated or queued together.
Physical ticket exchanges run from November 21 to December 5 at the Marina Way Ticket Booth of SM Mall of Asia Arena. Regular booth hours are 10 a.m.–5 p.m. PHT, with show-day hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on December 5.
If you have not collected your physical ticket, redeem it before the exchange. Fans keeping their booking do not need to submit the refund form.
How to request a refund
Request your refund through SM Tickets first, then complete PULP’s official refund form. Both steps must be completed within the request period. Submitting the form alone does not process the refund.
- For cash refunds at Metro Manila locations, register with SM Tickets and book a refund date. Bring your physical tickets to the appointment. This registration window runs from October 27 to November 3, 2026, at 11 p.m. PHT; a refund schedule is required.
- Provincial buyers who paid cash should email
customercare@smtickets.comwith the subjectRefund Request: LSF MANILAto receive the requirements. - Credit or debit card buyers should email the same address with the subject
Reversal Request: LSF MANILA. Send clear photos or scans of redeemed physical tickets, or your online ticket vouchers if you have not redeemed them. The instructions say card reversals may take 30–60 days.
If PULP does not receive a completed refund request by the deadline, the December 6 ticket will remain valid for relocation to December 5 within the same tier. The organizer says no further refund will be issued after that deadline.
PULP’s notice did not give a specific reason for canceling the second show.
