Quick verdict
Should you watch?
Shorter, sharper and the franchise's ratings peak.
✓Fans of race-against-the-clock procedurals, viewers who like a cat-and-mouse serial-killer arc across a season
✗Graphic violence is too much, or a cliffhanger ending will frustrate you
Story
What is it really about
The call centre is the same and the detective on the other end of the radio is not. A voice profiler has to work with a field cop she cannot fully trust while a killer treats the whole emergency team as his audience.
