KPop Demon Hunters Immersive Experience Tickets: Sale Dates

Thirty-nine dollars buys about an hour backstage with HUNTR/X. That is the starting price for KPop Demon Hunters immersive experience tickets, and the next sales window opens on Tuesday, September 29, when Netflix members get a presale; the general sale follows on Thursday, October 1. KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience opens at Netflix House Dallas, in Galleria Dallas, on November 12 and at Netflix House Philadelphia, in King of Prussia Mall, on November 20, according to Collider and TheWrap.

Treat every number as a floor: the Philadelphia experience page says prices vary by date, time and demand. Collider, TheWrap and Yahoo put the children's ticket at $34; Laughing Place has $35, and we go with the majority. None of them says what a child under 3 pays.

VIP is a timing product. Per the Dallas experience page, it buys one priority entry at any point in operating hours on your date, through a separate line that puts you in the next group let in. It adds all-day VIP Lounge access with photo ops, behind-the-scenes memorabilia and free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (alcohol costs extra), plus a VIP-only tote or plush bag clip while supplies last.

The Netflix House price ladder. The floor has not moved since opening day. Netflix's Philadelphia launch release priced its feature experiences from $39 on November 12, 2025, and Dallas opened on December 11 with its two at the same $39. The premium tier is where it climbs: Philadelphia's Stranger Things Fan Package, which lets you go any time on your booked date and skip the line, starts at $69 on its ticket page, while the KPop Demon Hunters VIP starts at $89, or $99 from Friday to Sunday. That is $20 to $30 more for the same anytime entry, with a lounge and a gift added. The lineup turns over, too: neither Philadelphia launch title was on that ticket page on September 27, and Collider describes the new experience as part of Netflix's strategy of refreshing its permanent locations around current audience interests. One date lines up: Dallas opens it on November 12, a year to the day after Netflix House Philadelphia opened.

How to get KPop Demon Hunters immersive experience tickets

1. Pick a city. Tickets are sold per location, on the Dallas and Philadelphia ticket pages at netflix.com/house.
2. Mastercard, now. Enter presale code MCACCESS and pay with a Mastercard, per the FAQ on both experience pages.
3. Netflix members, September 29. Nothing we read says how membership is checked (a code, a sign-in or an email), so watch the ticket page that day.
4. Everyone, October 1.
5. VIP on a weekday. The same package is $10 cheaper Monday to Thursday.

Walking into Netflix House is free, per both launch releases; only the ticketed experiences cost money, and the building is cashless, according to Netflix House's site. The presale is the one step that needs a Netflix membership. It is a busy ticket week: tickets for HYBE CINE FEST 2026, which screens two BTS concerts live from South America, go on sale September 30, according to Hypebeast.

What's inside, and who it suits

The story starts backstage, with HUNTR/X — Rumi, Mira and Zoey — getting ready for a world-tour show. Gwi-Ma interrupts opening night, and guests help the group restore the Honmoon across a neon-lit Seoul. According to Yahoo, the route runs through Myeongdong Plaza, a subway and rooftops, built from interactive sets, screens, live actors, custom animation and 3D, and ends on a 3D finale set to "Golden." Netflix's pages add a fight with the Saja Boys and a post-show meet-and-greet with Derpy Tiger, a puppet made with Jim Henson's Creature Shop. The songs named in the coverage are "How It's Done," "Soda Pop" and "Golden." Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Chaeyoung of TWICE sing the end-credits version of "Takedown," per Wikipedia, but no announcement puts that song inside.

Both Netflix House pages rate it for all ages at about an hour, and both warn of strobe lights, fog and loud noises, which matters more than the $34 price if your child is 3 or 4. Both venues are wheelchair accessible and run the experience on the same hours, local time: 1 to 7:45 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 1 to 8:45 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Sunday. Netflix House Dallas is at 13550 N Dallas Parkway; Philadelphia's is at 180 N Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA.

Mina's Take

Buy standard, on a weekday, in the presale. The $39 floor is what Netflix House has charged since opening day, and the story, the actors and Derpy's meet-and-greet all come with it. VIP is the weak buy: $50 to $60 over standard for a lounge and a tote, when Philadelphia already sells anytime entry to Stranger Things for $69. The $34 children's ticket tells me who this is built for — families first, not just the adults who kept "Golden" on repeat. The unknown is how hard demand pricing bites once everyone who waited hits the October 1 sale. My call: on opening weekend, the cheapest standard ticket for Saturday, November 14, in Dallas costs more than $39. If it doesn't, demand was softer than the presale made it look.
