Avatar reveal
2022 — 2023
PLAVE did not start in a trainee room but on social media: the official Twitter opened in July 2022 and the five avatar members were introduced one by one, before a first live broadcast in September. The group existed as characters talking to an audience months before any album.
DEBUT
Asterum
2023 — 2023
The March 2023 single album Asterum put a virtual group into the regular release cycle, followed by the first mini album that August. It was a small-scale launch that already ran on a fan community rather than a broadcaster.
